    How to read this matrix

This system is based on the Crown of Silence definition of intelligence: the capacity to navigate Scope and Context. In this model, high IQ is just horsepower, it determines how fast your engine spins, not where the car goes.

Seemingly brilliant people often act stupidly because their intelligence is trapped in Short Scope (solving only for today) or Narrow Context (ignoring second-order effects). They use high processing power to optimize a crash.

The vertical axis is Context. Narrow Context decides based on immediate feelings. Wide Context holds history, incentives, and systems in mind. The horizontal axis is Scope. Short Scope looks at the next few hours. Long Scope tracks how decisions compound over years.

How to use this in real life

When you face a decision, ask which square you are standing in. Are you chasing relief, chasing a fantasy, keeping the room stable, or quietly changing the whole map. The goal is to notice when your default box is quietly steering your whole life.
