Worldview shifts usually announce themselves before the language arrives. Attention changes first. Then value changes. Then what once sounded convincing starts sounding rehearsed. A person can still speak the old sentences while no longer living inside them.
The intellectual revision often gets noticed late because the earlier shift in salience, weight, and inner permission is harder to name while it is happening.
