Seeing yourself clearly is not self-mastery. It is only the admission stage. A person can describe every defense, wound, compulsion, and pattern with impressive precision while continuing to live inside the same structure.
At that point the insight itself can become part of the delay. It creates the feeling of unusual awareness while the underlying mechanism remains mostly unchanged. Clarity that never hardens into structure stays unfinished.
